Does Trailer Logistics use an in-house or outsourced fleet?
An in-house fleet. This gives us direct operational control, consistent traceability and progressive incorporation of electric units (Windrose, 670 km range) without third-party dependencies.
Which areas does the distribution cover?
Nationwide coverage from Arica to Punta Arenas, with operational focus on Santiago, central regions and trunk routes. Cold and dry, with direct scheduling on retailer platforms (Walmart, Jumbo, SMU).
What is the TMS?
Transportation Management System — the system that plans, executes and monitors transport. It covers routing, fleet assignment, appointment scheduling and real-time tracking. At Trailer Logistics, the TMS is integrated with the warehouse WMS, eliminating duplicate data entry.
Do you offer real-time tracking?
Yes. Every shipment has a unique TRK code, real-time GPS and a customer portal. Corporate customers access via API; end customers can be notified by SMS/email with an updated ETA.
